Position Description:
1.Support line managers in forecasting and fulfilling their talent pipeline requirements;
2.Implement appropriate employee training and manage its delivery;
3. Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes;
4.Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns;
5.Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives;
6.Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs;
7. Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends;
8. Responsible for the local application of HR regular projects
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related field;
2.Excellent command of both read and written English;
3.5 years or above experience in Human Resources, MNC background is preferred
4. Strategic, organized and result-driven, good at problem solving;
5. Excellent communication and execution capability.
