              Job Description:'"F_YJ2ao 

              • Provide technical (desktop/laptop/server) support to local end users as well as remote support to all Polycom employees while meeting established SLA guidelines
              • Works independently and with the team to deploy software / hardware, services and tools as well as resolve complex technical issues as required to meet customer commitments.
              • Works independently and with the team to find the best solution to issues, identifying and sharing ways to streamline and automate technical process
              • Shares knowledge with team members in a well-documented and organized manner
              • Actively seeks to better own technical knowledge thru training, technical whitepapers, professional organizations, etc.

              Qualifications:F~x9$$x} 

              • 6+ years of experience in internal customer facing technical support
              • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop platforms, strong understanding of other mainstream Operating Systems such as Apple OS X or Linux varieties a plus
              • Strong knowledge of Windows OS’s and customer applications such as Office 2003/2007 Good understanding of enterprise business tools and applications
              • Strong working knowledge of systems to streamline delivery of IT systems or reliability; experience with client fleet management tools such as LANDesk, Altiris, SCCM; the position requires the ability to build application packages, manage automation processes and have excellent understand of Visual Basic scripting
              • 2+ years of experience with Active Directory, able to navigate and perform base functions required to manage end users in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
              • 2+ years of experience with enterprise Anti-virus software from both a back end management and client side perspective (McAfee preferred)
              • Strong understanding of VOIP telephony technology
              • Experience with A/V (particularly video-conferencing) a strong preference, proficiency with Polycom products a plus
              • Good working knowledge of network troubleshooting
              • Proven ability to execute on assigned tasks and provide project feedback from working knowledge of environment.
              • Proven ability to multitask with strong analytical problem solving skills and demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
              • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Mandarin; very good written and verbal skills in English
              • Proven ability to effectively communicate and solve issues through a combination of email, phone, and remote desktop.
              • Collaborative team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
              • Must be able to lift moderately heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and be able to work legally in the U.S.
