3、根據崗位JD進行職位分析，制定詳細的尋訪方案，建立人才搜尋渠道；通過各渠道評估、篩 選，推薦合適的候選人；

4、 候選人面試安排、結果反饋、offer等入職后續跟蹤服務工作；

1、本科以上學歷，3年以上招聘領域工作經驗；

2、熟練掌握人員招聘及面試的各類工具； 

3、熱愛招聘工作，業務導向，數據敏感性高，結果導向； 

4、互聯網招聘背景、獵頭背景優先。
