職責描述：
1、負責建立并優化培訓體系，跟進落實E-learning培訓學習平臺的建設和維護
2、培訓需求的調查分析，了解員工現狀及對課程的期望，策劃培訓內容；
3、負責新員工入職培訓，培訓相關活動項目的組織開展；
4、按照企業培訓計劃，負責相關模塊課程的講授工作；
6、收集、分析并整理課程相關資料, 合理規劃教學并進行教學設計；
5、根據培訓效果，不斷改進和完善培訓課程和培訓方式；
7、根據一定的學習邏輯與理論，開發適合學習者循序漸進自學的課程；
8、用圖文、視頻及H5等多種形式表達教學設計的理念，課件情境腳本設計、配音稿、素材需求文檔的編寫等;
任職要求：
1、具備專業的培訓能力，且有課程設計開發的經驗、能力；
2、具備5年以上工作經驗，3年以上服務行業相關培訓工作經驗，熟悉培訓內容以及培訓流程；
3、具有較強的親和力和敬業精神，為人正直、誠實，性格開朗；
4、具有良好的邏輯思維、執行力和抗壓能力；
5、本科以上學歷，人力資源管理、教育、心理學等相關專業優先；
6、形象氣質佳，普通話二級甲等以上。
