薪酬專員/C&B Specialist--SSF--北京順義-4k-6k

1. Carry out SSF Beijing staffs monthly salary calculation and distribution procedure, HR system maintenance affair and social insurance contribution;

2. Be responsible for SSF staff C&B program, liaise with vendor for optimize company benefit plan；

3. Annual budget support and HR report maintenance and statistic;

4. Other HR issues assigned by HR Manager.

-Bachelor degree, Major in Human Resources or related ；

-2-3 years of hundreds of staffs payroll calculation experience ；

-Familiar with office software especially in excel；

-At least CET-4 English level, fluent in English speaking and writing;

-Energetic and can work under high pressure
