              Function Description 

              1.  HR Calendar Focal point review Facilitation^J=N*M62/_ 
              -   Support people managers to complete annual HR programs delivery: Merit; Promotion; Bonus Allocation; Talent Review; Performance Evaluations; Salary and Stock options administration.

              2.  Performance issues management and Employee Relationshipw0Ju~4MZ 
              -    Facilitate people manager to develop correction plan of low performers per requestmNW;nwx 
              -    Maintain correction plan report and address root causes at the organizational level

              3.  Employee transition management3gj^=w93 
              -    Provide consultant to mgrs for employee on-board, transfer and promotion and resignation

              4.  HR ReportinghSCPUa*^b 
              -    Able to provide relevant people updates and make necessary data analyze to help business managers understand the talent trends and organization growth

              5.  University Program mgmt (this will become a key initiative for China R&D) ]&-TRB8S 
              -   Proposal development and UR leadershipjQ#P
