Function Description 

1.  HR Calendar Focal point review Facilitationp/Y[%(ajv 
-   Support people managers to complete annual HR programs delivery: Merit; Promotion; Bonus Allocation; Talent Review; Performance Evaluations; Salary and Stock options administration.

2.  Performance issues management and Employee Relationship5stz> 
-    Facilitate people manager to develop correction plan of low performers per requestLvL4-1 
-    Maintain correction plan report and address root causes at the organizational level

3.  Employee transition managementzRooSB_|s 
-    Provide consultant to mgrs for employee on-board, transfer and promotion and resignation

4.  HR ReportingQWuLr>~ 
-    Able to provide relevant people updates and make necessary data analyze to help business managers understand the talent trends and organization growth

Job Requirement:

1. Above 8-10 years plus experience in human resources management or one of its functional areas such as compensation, talent development, HR operation. Bachelor or above degree.
2. Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity in a fast growing and matrix organization, work well with people from junior professional to senior executives.
3. Self starter, self-assured with exceptional interpersonal skills ability to deal with pressure and challenging deadline
4. Experience in IT industry; understands and engages quickly with business.
5. Demonstrates passion and commitment at work; able to perform under pressure and heavy workload
6. Creative thinking, highly efficient; Acts quickly and Deliver with good quality.
7. Easy going, open minded, good communication skill
8. Ability to work on the process improvement and hands-on problem solving skills
9. Good command of English, both in speaking and hand-writing.
