Senior Training Specialist-Varian Medical Systems-亦莊

Responsible for training and development program / plan in China and support Manufacturing as HR Business Partner to deliver consultancy and HR solutions.

Performs support to employee relations program, e.g. employees activities, CSR activities, employees reward programs design and implementation etc.

Administers and communicates the HR program plans; assists to implement HR programs / initiatives in China.
