崗位職責：
Responsible for training and development program / plan in China and support Manufacturing as HR Business Partner to deliver consultancy and HR solutions.
Performs support to employee relations program, e.g. employees activities, CSR activities, employees reward programs design and implementation etc.
Administers and communicates the HR program plans; assists to implement HR programs / initiatives in China.
Other HR operational support following the Country HR Manager’s request
任職要求：
Bachelor Degree is mandatory
And 5/+ years of related experience
5 years HR experience on training / development
