Responsibilities
Payroll & Leave Administration
1. Update and consolidate office roster
2. Administer leave application for office staff
3. Collect and consolidate actual and projected roster
4. Consolidate leave information including annual leave, compensation leave, overtime records
5. Monitor the leave plan and outstanding leave/overtime balance
6. Collect monthly commission table and relevant documents for payroll calculation
7. Handle monthly payroll notifications to HR outsourcing companies for all new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, transfers and any changes to ensure proper date integrity
8. Handle and checking monthly payroll (salary and pension)
9. Handle Employer’s Returns of Remuneration & Pensions for staff
10. Prepare related monthly reports
11. Deliver salary pay slips to staff
Compensation & Benefits
1. Assist in review C&B schemes including employee compensation, medical insurance
2. Assist in updating and monitor monthly personnel expenses (budget vs actual)
3. Assist in updating and monitor monthly administration expenses (budget vs actual)
4. Assist in prepare HR budget including headcount, personnel cost, recruitment cost, HR service providers cost e.g. Legal advisor and payroll outsourcing company
5. Assist in salary surveys data submission and conduct salary/position benchmarking
6. Participate in annual salary review plans
