Job Description:

1. Act as Liaison to assist in providing administrative support to labor union organization;

2. Maintain name list of labor union subgroups and its coordination and messaging;

3. Organize or support all union activities, include but not limited to planning, logistic arrangement, and follow up;

4. Liaison externally with upper labor union and maintain smooth relationship;

5. Support union club activities;

6. Lead to control the budget allocation of union; assist in payment process;

7. Prepare and draft Union Quarterly Newsletter;

8. Other assigned task;
