Position Title:
HR & Admin Specialist-Plant
Report to:
HR & Admin Manager -Plant
General Summary:
Following and execution the work related to HR and Admin based on the company policy, make sure that all the connection is smoothly and in good condition with business needs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year HR or Admin working experience in medium/large size manufacturing.
2. Good English in both spoken and written.
3. Well- organized, good communication and coordination skills, proactive working attitude.
4. Good team player and quick-learner can be managed with priority.
5. Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR or related major.
Responsibilities:
HR part:
1. Managing plant employee’s housing Fund and social insurance, and interact with government officials.
2. Implement process of “check-in”&”check-out”, help track employee’s p-file, contract, and to make sure it’s accordance with HR policy and handbook.
