Job Description:
-Clearly understand and forecast Business Unit's hiring request and support hiring case
-Take charge of recruiting activities of all kinds of resources, including regular staff, subcontractors, interns, etc.
-Proactively seeking candidate's feedback and track the hiring progress
-Take lead in the end to end hiring process and share proper advice and solution
-Be confident in communication with senior level managers with effective impact from HR staffing professional view
Requirements
-College degree or above, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- At least 3 years experience in HR Staffing working experience, experience in multinational IT companies is preferred
-Strong communication skills in Chinese & English, CET 6 or above
-Good team player
