崗位職責:
Search for apartments for the teachers prior to the new school year.
新學年開始前,幫助新教師安排合適的公寓。
Communicates with teachers, landlords and Property Management Office to help solve all apartment related issues.
與教師、業(yè)主、物業(yè)聯(lián)系幫助教師解決協(xié)調(diào)公寓問題。
Assist the teachers during apartment check-in and check-out procedures when the teachers first arrive and leave BCIS.
對入職和離職教師進行公寓入住和搬出各項事宜檢查。
Raise Requisition Form for rental fee payment monthly and quarterly. Rental Fapiao checking & management.
每月及每季度申請房租付款,房租發(fā)票的核對及管理。
Maintain all the apartment records including lease agreement, inventory check list and landlord authorized letters.
保存所有公寓相關(guān)文檔,包括租房合同、公寓物品核查清單以及業(yè)主授權(quán)書等。
Employee benefits support and staff activities support.
員工福利及團建活動支持
Assist with the PD & training program
支持員工培訓發(fā)展活動。
Support other HR colleagues when necessary.
如有需要,臨時兼顧人事部門其他同事工作。
Performs any other duties assigned by the HR Dept.
人事部門交付的其它工作。
任職要求:
1. Associate degree or above, better majoring in Human Resources management or English
專科及以上學歷,主修人力資源管理或英語專業(yè)為佳
2. Minimum 2 years in HR function,international school experience preferable
至少兩年工作經(jīng)驗,有國際學校工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
3. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English
優(yōu)秀的中、英雙語溝通能力
4. Able to work under stress and target - oriented
能夠在壓力下工作并且注重目標實現(xiàn)
