POSITION DESCRIPTION:

·        Monthly payroll and payroll system process (including all the company C&B operation work), ensure timely follow-up and update of social security base and labor laws

·        Management of staff in/out process (Including but not limited to contract signed, personnel information input and update, check-out procedure of resign or dismiss)

·        Ensure personnel data system timely and accurately, personnel file integrity (Including but not limited to contract/ contract modification agreement/contract renew agreement/ severance agreement/ salary change agreement notice etc.)

·        Leave system & OT management, ensure timely follow-up and reflected in monthly payroll

·        Employee Residence Permit / Hukou process and administration

·         HR report & staff cost analysis

·         Other tasks assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·          Strong sense of responsibility

·          Open minded, proactive, good communication skills

·          Detail, willing to work with numbers

·          Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel, system experience is a plus

DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:

·          Above 7 years’ C&B operation work experience

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         College degree or above.
