Job Summary工作總結(jié)：

Present accurate financial analysis result, offer financial accordance for management decision making.

提供準(zhǔn)確有效財(cái)務(wù)分析結(jié)果，為管理決策提供財(cái)務(wù)依據(jù)。

Essential Functions基本職能：

Budget management, risk analysis management, internal control management.

預(yù)算管理職能，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析職能，內(nèi)控管理職能。

Scope and Accountability具體工作職責(zé)：

Timely present LRP, annual budget, monthly forecast, risk and opportunity report, financial internal management analysis report, monthly variance analysis report.

Program profitability, quotation and investment control.

Budget report, closing report upload to Hyperion system.

Budget control related.

According with company business issue, analyze the responsibility from financial side; propose recommendation and opinions by financial feasibility analysis etc.

按時(shí)編制中長期財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算，年度財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算，月度財(cái)務(wù)滾動(dòng)預(yù)測，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和機(jī)會(huì)分析報(bào)告，財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)控分析報(bào)告，月度結(jié)賬差異分析。

項(xiàng)目獲利能力分析, 產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)及投資管理。

預(yù)算報(bào)告、結(jié)賬報(bào)告上傳Hyperion系統(tǒng)。

預(yù)算控制相關(guān)工作。

根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)情，分析財(cái)務(wù)合理性，提出可行性財(cái)務(wù)分析建議和其他工作。

Qualification Requirements任職資格：

Knowledge知識(shí)：

Bachelor degree of financial / Industry Engineer or relative major.

財(cái)經(jīng)相關(guān)專業(yè)或工業(yè)工程專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷以上。

Skills技能：

Apply office, ERP and other financial analysis tool, fluent English.

Office及ERP等管理軟件的應(yīng)用，財(cái)務(wù)分析工具使用，英語熟練應(yīng)用。

Experience經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

More than 3 years of relative work experience with finance or more than 3 year of relative work experience with financial analysis.

財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年或財(cái)務(wù)分析相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年。

Attitude態(tài)度：

Strong organization, Interpersonal skills-ability to put people at ease, dependable, organized, efficient, team player, self-starter.

性格開朗、勤奮、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、邏輯思維能力、較強(qiáng)溝通能力、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)與協(xié)調(diào)能力及職業(yè)道德操守。
