Job Description:

1.Basic Tasks: 

-In charge of the process of on-board,leaving and transfer, build up personal profile of employee

-Timely update the contract information with department and renew the contract with employees accordingly (Contract Management)

-Insure the monthly hand-over the HR documents to PAYROLL department(New hire, leaving, promotion, transfer and etc)

2.System Management

-To maintain the HR System correctly and update information timely

3.Attendance Management

-To collect leaving form and hand over to payroll department
