JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a person to work as Admin Assistant-Receptionsit, who will take an active part in the Admin work with deep responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ÿ Answer, transfer phone correctly, receive visitor politely, taking notes and register accordingly
Ÿ 正確接聽,轉接電話,禮貌接待訪客,并做好記錄、登記工作
Ÿ Manage express, send and receive packages and mails correctly, register right info in time
Ÿ 管理快遞,正確收發快遞,登記快遞信息
Ÿ Check & maintain office environment, equipment, plants
Ÿ 檢查、維護辦公環境、設備、植物
Ÿ Manage documents (copy, scan, fax, print, file, etc)
Ÿ 登記敲章文件信息,管理文件(復印、掃描、傳真、歸檔)
Ÿ Check, turn on / off the office equipments correctly. Check the office stationary, supplies, equipments accordingly, purchase according to depts requirements
Ÿ 定期檢查文具、辦公用品,設備,根據部門需要,定期采購
Ÿ Manage / make business cards accordingly
Ÿ 根據需要管理、制作名片
Ÿ Coordinate with IT dept to buy related stuff
Ÿ 協調IT部門,購買相關設備
Ÿ Manage business trip booking(flight, hotel, etc)
Ÿ 管理出差機票、酒店預定
Ÿ Manage & Maintain vendors
Ÿ 管理、維護供應商
Ÿ Mange office expense report, company credit card report
Ÿ 管理辦公室費用報告,公司信用卡使用報告
Ÿ Manage monthly foreigner tax fapiao
Ÿ 管理每月外籍員工充稅發票
Ÿ Track English&Chinese class
Ÿ 記錄中/英文老師上課日期、時間
Ÿ Others work assigned by dept manager
Ÿ 其他部門經理安排的工作
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Major:
Ÿ College degree, Admin, Language related major or background
Ÿ 專科以上學歷,行政、語言類相關專業或背景
Work Experience:
Ÿ General admin work experience in foreign company is preferred. Fresh graduate with related internship experience is also welcome.
Ÿ 有外企行政相關工作經驗為佳,也歡迎有相關實習經歷的優秀應屆生
