Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

Assist in the office operation.

1)  Support office package for different stores and sort up articles and documents in the office

2)  Serve for scanning and copies for staffs in the office and operate express things

3)  Help franchise coordinator organize the inventory of store 6 in the office

4)  Help franchise coordinator prepare for the materials sent to franchise

5)  Assist to manage activities and prepare for materials

6)  Search on Taobao and other on-line website for monthly promotion decoration

7)  Implement our CHEERS Core Values and CHEERS mission within all activities

Requirements and Qualifications

1)  Must speak good English and Chinese

2)  Very good communication skills

3)  Smart person and fast learner

4)  Very good in cooperation with other team members

5)  Responsible and reliable

6)  Accepting and implementing the CHEERS core values during daily work
