職責描述：
Ÿ Calculate labor cost monthly outlook, bimestrial forecast and annual budget accurately. Analysis labor cost difference between different period based on finance requirement and budget control requirement.
Ÿ Calculate HR expenses monthly outlook, bimestrial forecast and annual budget accurately. Analysis labor cost difference between different periods.
Ÿ Provide data to business departments for labor cost tracking and analysis.
任職要求：
Ÿ Education level: bachelor degree and above with unlimited (relevant accounting, statistics or mathematics background would be preferred).
Ÿ Working experiences: 2-3 years working experience in human resources, experience in payroll or budget control would be preferred.
Ÿ Language: proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Ÿ Computer requirements: familiar with the Windows and Office, strong EXCEL skills.
Ÿ Professional knowledge: Familiar with payroll, compensation and benefits concept.
Ÿ Capacity requirements: Have good language expression, words and logic analysis ability; Good professional ethics; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Good communication skill and team work spirit.
