Key Responsibilities 主要職責:
"-Involve and assist Talent Acquisition Manager to establish human recourses annual recruitment Plan;
-Verify Recruitment Request according to the annual recruitment plan and ensure the effective implementation of
annual recruitment plan;
-Conduct job analysis through effective communicate with user department leader to understand the job;-Search for
different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on needs;
-Use “Behaviour-based Interview Process” principle to conduct candidate screening, interview, make hiring decision;
-Communicate effectively with departmental leaders and C&B team to offer reasonable compensation and benefit to
final candidate;
-Communicate with candidate effectively to ensure he/she accepts our offering;
-Use the recruitment system to manage recruitment process effectively;
-Formulate, maintain and implement “Employment SOP”, optimize and implement offering and hiring procedure and
to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations;
-Cooperate with colleague with other functions within Human Resource department, share information and
resources, work together to complete and drive team project;
-Work with Regional to implement corporate-wide program;
--Support other HR projects or tasks as needed.
