【工作職責】
Main Tasks (主要工作職責)
• Order-taking
• Check the order serviceability according to working procedure
• Make sure the orders are entered in a correct way into the transaction system within the decided lead-time
• Supply the customer with the needed information
• Take the necessary corrective actions in case of any discrepancy against working procedures under the guide of authorized persons.
• If necessary priorities order lines in accordance with Manager Customer Management
• Archive all documents according to the working procedure.
• Follow up all orders until completion
• Solve discrepancies received from customer together with related parties
• Keep the customer profile up-to-date
• Answer customer related questions regarding the provided services
• Answer order related questions to internal persons involved
• Check order records with customers when needed
• Inform Manager Customer Management about operational issues
• Proactively escalate non-solvable issues to Manager Customer Management
• Have regular customer contact to obtain a good customer relationship
Competence Requirements• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business
• High-level of interpersonal communication skills
• Independent, flexible and ready to cooperate
• Fluent in written English
• Customer orientation
• Commercial skills
• Advanced MS Word/Excel knowledge
• Responsible and initiated

【工作時間】
5天8小時,周末雙休。朝九晚六
