工作職責：

1．根據現有編制及業務發展需求，協調、統計各部門的人員需求，負責公司人員招聘實施工作,確保各部門人員的及時補充，按要求完成招聘計劃。

2．開發、維護、評估、分析各招聘渠道；

3．執行招聘、甄選、面試、選擇、安置工作；

4．對招聘流程、招聘工具不斷改進優化分析招聘效果；

5．協助經理進行招聘成本分析及效果評估，確保招聘系統實施的有效性；

6．及時完成領導安排的其它工作。

任職資格：

1．本科以上學歷，2年以上IT軟件或互聯網行業招聘工作經驗，熟悉各種招聘技巧；有獵頭經驗者優先；

2．具備較強的溝通、組織協調能力及分析判斷能力，對工作有良好的計劃和控制能力；

3．良好的團隊合作精神，積極主動的工作態度與注重細節的個性，能承受較大的壓力。

薪水范圍：6K-8K
