工作內容:
1、打印復印文件
2、處理報銷和發票
3、協調內外部的會議和差旅安排
4、做好會議記錄
5、 閱報刊,書籍和辦公用品的采購
6、起草信件
7、處理翻譯工作
8、協助研討會、培訓等等
要求:
1、本科以上學歷
2、英語流利
3、有相關工作經驗優先,律師助理、法務助理工作經驗尤佳
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· To provide administrative business support to legal team, including but not limited to:
- Typing and photocopying documents;
- Collecting and distributing daily office correspondences;
- Handling reimbursement and invoices for direct managers;
- Coordinating internal and/or external meetings and travel arrangements for team members
- Taking meeting minutes upon request;
- Subscriping publications, books and/or stationaries.
· To provide auxillary working support, including but not limited to:
- Drafting office correspondence within the team;
- Providing translation for legal / non-legal documents under the supervision of an in-house lawyer.
· To provide legal administrative and process coordination, including but not limited to:
- Managing the filing and document retention system for the team;
- Assisting training, seminar and/or workshop materials preparation.
