職位：培訓與績效專員（上海）

工作職責： 

1. 配合人力資源總監根據組織發展需求，評估和分析培訓需求,并制定可行性的培訓方案;

2. 跟進并持續優化Orientation program, on-job training program, graduates program，leadership program和Hipo program 

3. 內部培訓師團隊的建設; 外部培訓課程的甄選、協調與實施;

4. 配合人力資源總監進行績效管理的實施與跟進; 根據績效管理數據定制化組織發展目標及組織能力提升計劃；

5. 其他組織發展相關的工作。

任職資格：

1. 本科及以上學歷；海外留學背景尤佳；

2. 1年以上培訓相關經驗或績效管理經驗,對組織發展與勝任力開發有一定研究或見解； 

具備HR戰略思考能力,善于溝通和協調。
