Job Purpose
A Training Coordinator is responsible for management and coordination of training Programs for all functions department. Reports directly to the training supervisor. Works with Sales Team, Managers, HR and organize or coordinate quality training programs for both sales and supporting function of national wide.
Key Responsibilities
Ÿ Assist the planning and execution of all program deliverables;
Ÿ Assist the creation, design, development and production of training documents for all program;
Ÿ Establish and maintain curriculum repository of all program;
Ÿ Assist the roll-out, implementation and marketing of all training programs;
Ÿ Secure program venues and coordinate all relevant logistics;
Ÿ Primary interface for program participants and facilitators;
Ÿ Secure and manage all program supplies, materials, and vendors within expected schedules and budgets;
Ÿ Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program processes and make recommendation for improvement and solutions to Training Supervisor;
Ÿ Retain the training materials, plan, records, summary sheet etc. in a secure location and arrange them periodically
Ÿ Interface with internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track;
Ÿ Manage finances and invoicing for training function;
Ÿ Coordinate departmental meeting and record meeting notes.
