Finance Manager-GfK-朝外大街

1.    Overseeing accounting and financial reporting of all CC China entities and business units including 4 entities, 1 branch and 2 business units. Ensuring financial compliance with headquarters and local statutory requirements;

2.    Overseeing management analysis to advice and added value to improve operational efficiency and financial bottom line;

3.    Reviewing journals and ledgers to ensure coherent with Group internal accounting policies, rules and guidelines;

4.    Reviewing inter-company transactions, ensure settlement/clearance of inter-company balances as instructed by the Group;

5.    Assisting in budgetary planning and control. Providing data and analysis for preparation of annual budget and subsequent re-forecasts;

6.    Controlling account receivables, account payables and other key items to improve relevant benchmarks of the Group;

7.    Managing accounting software Navision, ensure timely upgrades to meet Group requirements; and performing enhancement projects as organized by headquarters from time to time;

8.    Reviewing internal routines and procedures, and take necessary action to achieve effective internal control;

9.    Assisting in annual KPMG Group Audit, local CPA firm Statutory Audit, and Group internal audit; as well as company Annual Inspection by local government;

10. Ensuring accurate and timely Tax Returns of all companies. Maintain good relationship with local tax bureaus;

11. Managing cash of all entities to ensure efficient cash flow to meet operating requirements;

12. Other finance management works assigned by local CFO.
