1. Overall in charge of the accounting records and financial reports of the 3 companies .Ensuring compliance with German headquarters,  local statutory and fiscal requirements & timetables 

2. Rolling out Group financial budget report, monthly analysis report, cash flow report etc.

3. Conversion PRC Report to IFRS report.

4. Review and checking general expenses, budgeting control.

5. Improve and perfect financial regulations & procedures. Cooperation with other department.

6. Assist to complete local & group annual audit.

7. Overall supervision / Checking of company taxation, Ensuring timely deposit of tax ,issuance of forms and filing of tax returns. Keep good cooperation with Tax bureau.  Company Annual inspection of local government.

8. Other related accounting work assigned by CFO.
