Key responsibilities
主要職責
1.Answering customer service phone calls;
接聽客服電話;
2.Helping to prepare and pack orders for Taobao customers;
協(xié)助淘寶訂單的備貨及發(fā)貨事宜;
3.Processing orders from customers and organizing delivery issues;
處理客人訂單并安排配送貨事宜;
4.Calling back customers to check their purchasing experience;
關于客人購物體驗的電話回訪;
5.Supporting the marketing team with event job;
協(xié)助市場部團隊組織活動;
6.Selling Wine and training courses by phone and following up with customers’ requests;
電話銷售葡萄酒培訓課程,并跟進客人的需求;
7.Doing daily administration work assigned by the supervisor.
完成由領導安排的日常行政工作。
