服務(wù)期限：6個(gè)月外包合同（頂替員工產(chǎn)假），之后根據(jù)工作表現(xiàn)會(huì)有可續(xù)簽或轉(zhuǎn)正機(jī)會(huì)
Brief description of service:
The Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for mainly recruiting project consultants. He/she reports to the Resourcing Director and will be working with the Resourcing Director to formulate and execute recruitment and retention strategies, develop recruitment networks, attract and retain the best talents for key service areas including Finance and Accounting, Compliance, Internal Control and Risk Management, Information Management, and Supply Chain Management.
Target:
-Develop network of Resourcing channels and place job requests through various recruitment channels
-Screen, interview, and assess applicants of their technical and other soft skills
-Conduct background and reference checking
-Work closely with client service team to provide the best talent for both long-term and short-term client project need
-Organize consultant and training functions
-Prepare monthly newsletter
-Assist in other ad hoc human resources duties if required
