Key responsibilities

主要職責(zé)

1.Manage cash collections from stores and counting cash;

  管理各店的現(xiàn)金收款，及清點現(xiàn)金；

2.Checking credit card receipts;

  查驗信用卡收據(jù)；

3.Checking delivery tickets with express company;

  與快遞公司的對賬事宜；

4.Managing office material;

  管理辦公用品；

5.Contacting with facility management and office property management;

  與設(shè)備維護公司及物業(yè)公司的聯(lián)系；

6.Hotel booking, plane & train bookings;

  酒店預(yù)訂，機票及火車票預(yù)訂；

7.Recharge telephones monthly;

  每月話費充值事宜；

8.Further administrative tasks from all departments.

  協(xié)助其他部門完成行政相關(guān)事務(wù)。
