3. SAP key user experience is a plus

Accountable for:
· Conduct audit of expense claim report and make sure company travel, claim and benefit policy are proper implemented
· Accounts payable, including PO filing, payment supporting review, payment check and slip preparation, and bookkeeping
· Reconciliation with supplier
· Customer invoice issuing
· Accounts receivable, including revenue bookkeeping and incoming payment post
· AR aging report
· Customer dunning letter issuing
· Operation data summarize
· Daily cash-flow preparation
· Fixed asset document filing and tagging
· Monthly voucher filing
· Bank on-line declaration
· Statistic bureau contact
· Tax bureau contact which including
a. VAT / BT invoice purchase
b. Registration of non-trade payment
c. Tax filing of non-trade payment / stamp duty
d. VAT input verification
e. Any specific tax issue
· SAFE application which including
a. Registration and charge off for any prepayment
b. RMB conversion application for any capital / loan account
c. Application of non-trade payment
General Ledger
· Monthly closing and accounts reconciliation
· Fully responsible of SAP book keeping
· Prepare PRC local tax report
· Prepare PRC local statistic report
· Prepare PRC financial report
· Cost calculation and inventory reconciliation
· Monitoring of stock management
· Monthly & quarterly tax filing ( VAT / BT / EIT )
· Assist on external audit
AP / AR
· Overall double check role of AP/AR process and bookkeeping
Asset Management
· Fixed asset registration and physical count
· Any disposal / transfer handling ( approval from local tax authority / specific invoice issuing, etc )
Government Compliance
· Annual inspection
· Annual EIT filing / renew of VAT normal tax payer
· Annual statistic filing
· Company ERP system registration ( annual updating )
