              工作職責
              The Receptionist and Group Assistant ensures a safe, productive, and comfortable environment by managing daily office operations, supplies, and by supporting all office employees and customers that come to the office to enjoy the IQAir China office environment.
              前臺接待和集團助理負責管理日常辦公與供給,幫助所有來到公司的 辦公職員和客戶,讓他們在艾可愛爾中國區(qū)的辦公室感到愉悅,確保一個安全、高效、舒適的辦公環(huán)境。

              Responsibilities
              工作職責
              •     Ensures the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment.
              •     保證整個辦公環(huán)境安全舒適、清潔整齊;
              •     Direct incoming calls and visitors to the correct person without delay or confusion.
              •     迅速準確地將來電轉(zhuǎn)給需要找的同事,帶領(lǐng)來訪者找到接洽人員;
              •     Takes messages to ensure employees can call back customers and colleagues if they are away from their desk, and follow the SOP for messages.
              •     如果同事們暫時不在座位上,做好記錄,確保他們回來后會給客戶和同事打電話,按照標準作業(yè)模式(SOP)記錄信息;
              •     Ensures that the Reception area looks excellent and supports the company’s values to take great care of customers and employees
              •     保證前臺接待區(qū)的出色工作,支持公司價值觀,細心照顧好客戶與同事;
              •     Orders and disperses office supplies on an as need basis
              •     按需定期購買并分發(fā)辦公用品;
              •     Ensures that office supplies are fully stocked and in good quality, printing the latest telephone directory  information which is sent from BJHO.
              •     保證辦公用品庫存充足,且質(zhì)量有保證,打印從北京發(fā)過來的最新的電話簿;
              •     Responsible for sending document by carrier and receiving documents, newspaper, and mail.
              •     負責收發(fā)快遞文件;整理好公司訂閱的報紙、雜志和信件,按時派發(fā);
              •     Assist staff in making document copies or scans
              •     協(xié)助同事復印或掃描文件;
              •     Record the employee’s attendance information and submit to HR Administrator in the end of the month.
              •     記錄員工出勤信息,月底上報人力資源部門主管;
              •     Manage conference room
              •     管理會議室;
              •     Track phone calls according to company SOP.
              •     根據(jù)公司標準作業(yè)流程追蹤所有電話記錄;
              •     Coordinate After Hour and Holiday Phone responsibilities.
              •     協(xié)調(diào)下班后和節(jié)假日電話接聽職責;
              •     Order and Supply company commentary (water, lunch, etc).
              •     為公司訂餐,訂水等
              •     Communication with building management and ayis.
              •     負責與物管和保潔阿姨溝通;
              •     Run errands for the company.
              •     幫公司辦理其它雜務
              •     Any other jobs assigned by sale department
              •     銷售部門分配的其他任務
