Job Description & Responsibilities :
The candidate will have a rewarding experience to gain knowledge in the fundamentals of an HR generalist. He / She will develop knowledge in the business and how it affects resource management. Moreover, he/she will be able to navigate through a major organization, which in turn reinforces his / her communication and other essential competencies.
• Be the staff focal to administrate the key HR processes, including on-boarding, exiting, overtime and leave management, contract renewal, etc;
• Maintain and update various people data, i.e. joiner / leaver, coaching list, leave records, etc;
• Integrate and analyze data to generate customized report;
• Provide exam and qualification support, including exam registration, exam results analysis, leave plan review, qualification administration, etc;
• Other general HR services and data management.
