              This internship is the newest addition to EventBank’s Internships and provides you with the unique opportunity to gain hands on experience and exposure to HR in a young, fast-growing international startup! You will be working directly with our HR Managers and provide support in the daily operations of the HR department. In addition, you will also work on special projects involving recruitment/Talent Acquisition, benefits, onboarding processes, and training.

              工作內容:
              1、執行簡歷搜索、電話邀約、面試安排等相關初級工作,以及打cc電話、自主搜索候選人、人才庫資源的利用等人才管理工作;
              2、負責公司招聘渠道的開拓與維護,對各渠道進行數據分析與效果評估,使渠道資源利用最大化;
              3、維護統計日常面試安排表并支持招聘Team其他日常事宜;
              4、在強大的員工團隊,你需要協助辦理員工入職、離職、轉正、調動、考勤管理等工作;
              5、同時你還需要負責員工檔案及基本信息管理,周期性人事數據報表提供,協助各種人事數據的統計;
              6.與HR一起參加招聘會和社交活動;
              7.根據需要提供額外的支持。
              1. Conduct resume search, telephone invitation, interview arrangement and other relevant primary work, as well as the talent management of cold call, self-search candidate, talent pool resources, etc.;
              2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, conducted data analysis and effect evaluation on various channels, and maximized channel resource utilization;
              3. Maintained the daily interview schedule and supported the recruitment Team's other daily matters;
              4. In a strong staff team, you need to assist in the recruitment, resignation, transfer, transfer, attendance management, etc.;
              5. At the same time, you also need to be responsible for employee files and basic information management, periodic personnel data report, and assist various personnel data statistics;
              6. Attend job fairs & networking events with our HR;
              7. Provide additional administrative support as needed.
              素質要求:
              1. 目前就讀或已持有人力資源或相關專業學士或碩士學位者
              2. 流利的英文書面和口語為佳
              3. 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力
              4. 積極的態度,良好的團隊精神,樂于學習
              5. 有解決問題的能力,能夠在壓力下完成個人和團隊工作
              6. 每周至少能工作3天
              1.             Currently pursuing or already holding bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related major.
              2.             Fluent in English, written and spoken are preferred.
              3.             Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
              4.             Positive attitude, good team spirit, and willingness to learn.
              5.             Problem-solving ability and able to work under pressure, individually and as a team.
              6.             Able to work at least 3 days per week.
