Senior HR and Admin Manager / HR & Admin Director- China
The incumbent, reporting to the Group HR & Admin Director in Hong Kong, should oversee the HR and Office Administration in China offices located in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Shenzhen in the capacity of 600+ headcounts.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance appraisal systems, employee orientation, training, talent development program, budget calculations, labor disputes, HR policy development and implementation, etc.
· Act as HR business partner to review and implement organization development and business re-engineering plans
· Responsible for preparing the annual HR reports and budgets
· Provide advisory support to the management level towards operation-related matters
· Oversee the company’s operations and ensure the policies alignment
· Assist and participate ad-hoc projects according to the Company’s objectives
· Supervise the HR team and give instructions accordingly
· Organizational office space planning and full spectrum office administration duties, etc.
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
· Minimum 8 years HR managerial experience gained from sizable and reputable international organizations in China, IT/B2B background is preferred.
· Well versed in PRC employment ordinance and employment related legislation
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate and counseling effectively with staff at all levels.
· A hands-on working approach, fast paced, good computer skills and adaptive to high-pressure startup environment
· Solid experience in talent acquisition and development especially the source of recruitment channels through on-line, recruitment booth and campus recruitment.
· Experience in people-intensive or internet service business is highly relevant
· High level of initiative and business acumen as well as interpersonal / influencing skills to drive change
