Responsibilities:

1.     Support data testing and validation for HR tools

2.     Support all newhire on-boarding activities (offer letters, labor contract, benefits enrollment, personal file etc)

3.     Any acquisition integration related tasks (e.g. scheduling/attending meetings,  arranging training/event, logistics support etc)

4.     Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor degree, major in English, HR or Social Science etc

2.     Minimum 2~3 years working experiences, preferable in MNCs

3.     Experiences in staffing, HR services is highly desirable

4.     Oral and written proficiency in English

5.     Detail oriented, well organized, can-do attitude, comfortable with multi-tasking

6.     Strong communicator and team worker

7.     Can work under pressure
